Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items back into their original MADMIA packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
